Our Son is 13 and completed his first year in Middle School wrestling. He loved the season. We put him in Jiujitsu. Being a big kid he is in the adult class. Every Member is excepting, patient and has made Dom one of their own. They go in slow motion and explain why he would make one move to avoid his competitor in making another move. We cannot express the changes we’ve seen in our Son in his everyday actions. Jiujitsu is a lifestyle and so much more positive then a video game.

I can’t say enough good things about Constrictor. My three young children have improved so much with Blake’s patience and persistence. Not only has he worked with me to create a class that works for their age group, skill level, & our schedule, but he makes it FUN for them so they are always excited for class.

Stopped into Constrictor MMA today and could not have been happier with my visit! Great rolls with upper level belts and just an overall positive experience. Please do yourself a favor, stop in and check this place out.
